WOOSTER — Since the day it opened 13 years ago, Friendtique has seen sales increase and inventory expand.
And that trend shows no signs of changing for the stand-alone nonprofit, whose primary mission is to support LifeCare Hospice.
As of this week, the West Liberty Street store has leased the former Wooster Book Co. just up the block. The retail operation will expand to fill the approximately 5,800 square feet of space on the former bookstore’s retail floor. If all goes as planned, executive director Dawn Schirm said, the secondary space will open around Feb. 15.
